Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing our handcrafted sneakers! Each pair is made with care using plant-based vegan leather, cork, canvas, or suede. Since it is a pure handcrafted product, slight variation will be there in terms of form and color.

QUALITY PROMISE
Every pair is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you still face any issue, we’re here to help.

ELIGIBILITY
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Currently, we only accept returns for orders within India.

ONE-YEAR EXCHANGE WARRANTY
We offer a 1-year exchange warranty for genuine manufacturing defects (like stitching or sole issues). It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Write to support@cos-tan.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9811332430 with your order number.
2. Our team will share simple steps for return pickup or shipment.
3. Packaging Requirement: Please ensure the entire box (including any free goodies) is packed and ready for return. Sneakers returned without original packaging or complimentary items will not be accepted.
4. Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.
5. Exchange items will be shipped within 4-5 business days.

REFUNDS
Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method. If your preferred size or design isn’t available for exchange, we’ll issue a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the product hasn’t shipped yet.

NOTE
Minor imperfections and slight color differences are part of our handcrafted process and not considered defects.
